PolyCut 48-2 mowing head

To reduce noise and significantly increase energy efficiency when mowing thick grass with a brushcutter, the PolyCut 48‑2 mowing head is equipped with 2 robust plastic blades instead of a mowing line. This allows you to work significantly longer with your cordless brushcutter per battery charge. With petrol brushcutters, the use of plastic blades results in lower fuel consumption compared to mowing with nylon line. The STIHL PolyCut 48‑2 can also be used with nylon line with a diameter of 2.4 mm or 2.7 mm. This is particularly useful for working along curbs or other obstacles. To reduce wear and increase the cutting height, the STIHL PolyCut 48‑2 is equipped with a protective plate as standard.
